Steps: 

1. Go to Wifi Settings and turn off the Proxy Server
2. Run the Batch within Konsole
3. Then go to https://konsole.jrn/
4. Download FortniteLauncher.exe put this into your Epic Games Binaries Win64
5. Load up Epic Games Launcher
6. Load up Fiddler
7. Go to Settings on Epic Games Launcher then Fortnite drop down and put -NOSSLPINNING
8. Load Fortnite via Epic Games Launcher.
