Tip: Disk Cleanup
- Open File Explorer, under Devices and drives, select the drive in which Fortnite is installed (usually it will be the C: drive).
- Right-click the drive > go to Properties > Click Disk Cleanup.
- After the scan is complete, select all the check boxes and click OK.
Tip: Power Options
- Go to Control Panel search Power Options, and click on it.
- Under Preferred plans select High Performance.
Tip: Set the Priority for Fortnite
- After downloading the file and extracting it, go to the Priority Folder.
- Click on Set High Priority.
- Click OK when a pop-up box appears.
Tip: Additional Command Line for Fortnite
- Copy the Additional Command Line given in the FPS Boost Folder.
- Open Epic Games Launcher.
- Click on Settings.
- Scroll all the way to the end and click on the test which says "► FORTNITE".
- Click on Additional Command Line Arguments and paste the copied commands in the box.
Tip: Play in Stretched Resolution
Tip: Open TimerResolution
- Click on Maximum and minimize the program.
- After you finish playing Fortnite, open the program and click on Default and exit the program.
Tip: Change your In-game Settings
- Set the Frame Rate Limit to Unlimited.
- Set the View Distance according to your pc, but for better gameplay experience I recommend to set it on far.
- Set Shadows, Anti-Analising, V-sync and Motion Blur to off.
- Set Textures, Effects, Post Processing to low.
